Turizm sektörü Türkiye’nin coğrafi konumu itibariyle Türkiye’ye en çok katma değer sağlayan sektörlerden bir tanesidir. Türkiye üç tarafı denizlerle çevrili konumu ve doğal güzellikleri ile dünyanın birçok turizm ülkesi ile rekabet edebilecek ölçüde zengin bir ülkedir. Bu zenginlikten gereği ölçüde yararlanmak üzere belirli dönemlerde münhasıran Turizm sektörüne yönelik olmak üzere Devlet destekleri sağlanmaktadır. Türkiye’nin son zamanlarda gerek içeride gerekse dışarıda yaşadığı olumsuz gelişmelerden en çok etkilenen sektörlerden bir tanesi de turizm sektörüdür. Turizm sektöründe meydana gelen kriz nedeniyle bu sektörün Devlet tarafından desteklenmesi zorunluluğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu amaçla çıkarılmış olan 2016/8508 sayılı B.K.K. ile Türkiye’deki çeşitli hava limanları kullanılmak üzere düzenlenen uçak seferleri ile ülkemize turist getiren (A) Grubu seyahat acentalarına, turistik uçak seferi başına 6.000 Amerikan Doları destek sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu Kararname ile sağlanan Devlet desteklerinden yararlanmak için uçakta bulunması gereken yolcu sayısı, mezkûr Kararname ile getirilmiş olan Devlet desteklerinden yararlanamayacak olan uçak seferleri, uçak seferlerinin düzenlendiği tarih, destek başvurusu kapsamında yapılacak başvurularda başvuru süresi ve başvuruların değerlendirilmesi gibi konularda düzenlemeler yapılmıştır.
Tourism sector is one of the sectors that provide the most value added for Turkey because of its geographical location. Turkey is rich enough in touristic terms to compete with many touristic countries in the world thanks to its location surrounded by seas on three sides and its natural beauties. Subsidies are provided in certain periods exclusively for the tourism sector in order to make the best of this richness. Tourism is one of the sectors that are mostly affected by the negative developments Turkey has recently suffered either domestically or abroad. Due to the crisis that has occurred in the tourism sector, the need has arisen for the State to support this sector. With the Cabinet Decree numbered 2016/8508, it has been aimed to provide a subsidy of 6.000 USD per touristic flight for Group (A) travel agencies which bring tourists to our country by flights organized to use various airports in Turkey. With this Decree, regulations were made regarding number of passengers who must be on board to benefit from the subsidies provided, flights that cannot benefit from the subsidies introduced in the aforementioned Decree, dates at which flights are organized, application period and consideration of applications for applications to be made within the scope of the subsidy applications.
